The new PICMG 1.3 Server Board SPCIE-C246 from ICP Deutschland is ideal for high-performance and security-relevant applications. CPUs of the 8th generation Intel® Xeon® E3, Core™ i3/i5/i7, Pentium® or Celeron® are available, which can be combined with up to 64GB DDR4 SDRAM memory. To ensure particularly high data integrity, ECC memory with integrated error correction coding can also be installed.
Six SATA 6GB/s interfaces with RAID 0,1,5,10 provide additional security by mirroring or distributing useful and parity data on different hard disks during data storage. The Trusted Platform Module 2.0, on the other hand, protects the transmission of sensitive sensor or machine data.
As additional mass storage the SPCIE-C246 offers an M.2 M key interface for PCIe x4 based NVMe SSDs. Two LAN GbE (Intel® I219LM PHY + I211-AT controllers), four USB 3.1, seven USB 2.0, one RS-422/485, three RS-232 and 8-bit digital I/O are also available. Two independent displays with a resolution of up to 4K UHD can be controlled via a DisplayPort and an HDMI interface. Furthermore, the optional 7.1 Channel HD Audio Kit can be used to realize two parallel audio streams.
The extended temperature range between -20°C and +60°C makes the SPCIE-C246 suitable for harsh environments. ICP partially assembles the SPCIE-C246 on customer request with suitable industrial storage media, RAMs and processors.
